Warner Brothers
Movie World is a dynamic Spanish theme park in celebration of Hollywood
and the Warner Brothers Studios that consistently attracts millions
of visitors each year. Opened on 5th April 2002, the park covers
625 acres of land just outside the small town of San Martin de la
Vega, in the Madrid Province.
The park boasts an outstanding array of world class rides and a
large number of diverse attractions that includes 5 roller coasters,
and at a massive 328ft, the tallest free fall tower in Europe. Facilities
within the park are excellent as there is a fantastic range of services
to suit all budgets and palettes.

Visitors to Warner Brothers
Movie World discover five themed areas that offer fun and excitement
for all ages. In the area designated as Warner Bros. Studios, there
is a recreation of the original studio lot in Burbank California,
complete with replica sound stages, buildings and facades. Hollywood
Boulevard offers a representation of the most famous street in Los
Angeles California, recreating cinema's golden years with replicas
of Hollywood icons and an exact copy of Mann's Chinese Theatre.

Cartoon Village is a fun and colourful world filled with the
popular Warner Brothers characters, bugs bunny et al, and their
homes. Old West Territory is dedicated to the spirit of the western
with access available to the sets of classics, such as Rio Bravo.
Finally, in Metropolis and Gotham City homage is paid to DC Comics’
super heroes, including Superman and Batman.
The central location of Warner Brothers Movie World, just 25
km from the capital city Madrid, allows for easy access to the
theme park by both rail and road from any region in Spain. The
resort’s train station handles regular RENFE services to Atocha
Station in central Madrid and there are a number of coach and
bus services to the resort from towns across the Iberian Peninsula
and Europe.

The park is open from 4th March to 7th November in
2004; gates open daily at 10am. During the high summer season the
gates close at midnight, and at 8pm for the rest of the park’s year.
The price of an adult’s 1 day ticket is 32 €, for juniors / seniors
it is 24 € and for people with a disability the price is 16 €. Two
day tickets are also available; for adults the cost is 48 €, for
juniors / seniors it is 36 € and for people with a disability the
price is 23 €.
Warner Brothers considers juniors to be children between the ages
of 5 and 11, seniors are people of 60 years and over and children
under the age of 5 years of age enter the park for free.
